Returns & Refunds

We want you happy with your stickers. Here’s how returns, refunds and replacements work.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our stickers come with guarantees that can’t be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a sticker is faulty, significantly not as described, or damaged in transit, you’re entitled to a replacement or a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR WRONG ITEMS
If your sticker arrives damaged, has a printing fault, or isn’t what you ordered:
- Get in touch within 14 days of delivery, via the contact form or contact@bumperco.com.au.
- Include your order email and a photo of the issue — that’s usually all we need.
- We’ll sort it with a replacement or a refund — your choice. For a low-value item like a sticker, you generally won’t need to post anything back.
CHANGE OF MIND
Our stickers are printed to order in small runs, and they’re low-cost — so we don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please double-check your suburb and the design before you order. This doesn’t affect your Australian Consumer Law rights above.
ORDERS THAT HAVEN’T ARRIVED
We print to order, so please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. If it’s been longer than that and your order hasn’t turned up, contact us — we’ll chase it up or send a replacement.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Because we print to order, get in touch as soon as possible if you need to cancel. If we haven’t printed or posted it yet, we’ll cancel and refund you. Once it’s on its way, it can’t be cancelled.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. They usually appear within a few business days, depending on your bank.
